What We Take On
One crew for the paint and everything under it.
Paint is the finish, not the fix. Because the same crew handles siding, roofing and remodel work, the wall gets put right before it gets coated instead of being painted over as it stands.
Exterior Painting
Body, trim and soffits, coated to stand up to Eastern Oregon sun, wind and winter. Bare wood gets an oil primer first so the topcoat has something to hold onto.
Prep and Priming
Seams caulked, surfaces sanded, bare spots oil primed, and everything that is not getting painted covered and masked before a brush moves.
Siding
Siding repairs and replacement handled alongside the paintwork, so the wall is sound before it is finished rather than painted over as it is.
Roofing
Roofing work as part of the same job, which keeps one crew accountable for the whole envelope of the house instead of splitting it between trades.
Flooring and Remodels
Flooring and remodel work for families updating a room or a whole house, coordinated with the painting so the sequencing actually makes sense.

Before The First Coat
The prep is most of the job.
Every seam gets caulked. Bare wood gets an oil primer so the topcoat has something to grip. Windows, roofs, walkways and planting all get covered before anyone opens a can. It is the slowest part of the week and the reason the finish still looks right in five years.
